Rev. Dr. Leonard T King is the founder of Faith Based Initiative and is the senior pastor of Glenville's First Zion Baptist Church. Dr. King was born in Montgomery , Alabama but re-located to Ohio to continue serving the Lord and all that he has been lead to do.
Dr. King and Faith Based Initiative is committed to bring "Faith Based Excellence" to our families and community. Our goal is to provide programs and services that connect children
and youth families to their community while enhancing positive social interactions and
necessary skill development.

Do you believe your family can go to the next level and pray for a better future for the members of your family and those closet to you? If the answer is yes or maybe then consider taking the Faith Based Excellence Pledge by submitting your pledge below.
Families that enter the pledge will have a chance to win family gifts and prizes.
Community Pledge Have you been in a leadership position? Are you a business owner in your community? Do you feel like you could be doing better to connect and engage with those that you serve and other members in the community? If the answer is yes or maybe then consider challenging your colleagues to take the Faith Based Excellence Pledge with you and submitting your pledge below. Each leader/business submission will have a chance to be featured and recognized at one of our events.
